Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create a Free account and run a job through the pipeline. No implementation call, no waiting list.
Is this per person?
No. Each plan is a flat monthly price with a user cap. Adding someone does not raise the bill until you outgrow that cap.
What is an active project?
A job currently in progress — not every project you have ever run. When a job is done, it no longer counts against the limit.
What do I get on Free?
The same pipeline as paid plans: CRM, messaging, quotes, invoices, projects, and scheduling. Free is capped at 3 users, 5 active projects, 50 leads a month, and 1 GB of storage.
What is Messaging and MCP?
Messaging is the inbox — it is on every plan, including Free. MCP connects KiwiDock to AI tools, and it is on every paid plan.
Does KiwiDock put its name on my quotes and invoices?
On Free, a small “Created with KiwiDock” line goes out on the things you send customers — quotes, invoices, client emails. Any paid plan can turn it off in Company Settings (Company profile → Outbound credit).
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Every account starts on Free. Move up in Billing when the shop needs more seats, projects, or storage.
